The process guarantees the production of dry, sterile, pyrogen-free, pure steam that is free of particles or metal ions.
Natural circulation and evaporation take place between the heat exchanger and the large-area evaporator with an effective droplet separation system, whereby the steam is produced at a slow flow rate (less than 0.5 m/sec). No contamination is possible between the heating steam, the feed water and the pure steam.
The process is simple, safe and fully automatic. The production volume of high-purity steam can be fully adjusted to demand, from 0-100% continuously.
